OVERVIEW

Wroclaw is the fourth largest city in Poland. As the most important urban center in the region of Lower Silesia, Wroclaw is its administrative, economic and cultural capital.

The building located on Rzeznicza Street 28-31 was built in 1901 by the architect Karl Grosser and constitutes an important position in the Register of Architecture and Construction of Wroclaw Historical Monuments (equivalent to a Grade 1 listed building in the UK). Its inimitable architecture reflects the North Renaissance movement, the style developed in Lower Silesia at the turn of 19th and 20th century.

The unique, ornamental facade fashioned from sandstone, decorative columns and elegant stair cases are just a few of the high class original features of the building. The classic architectural details make the project one of the most outstanding in the City.

The building’s façade has been recently renovated and the interiors as well as the stunning courtyard will be fully renovated and adapted according to the new functional plan.

Luxurious apartments will be arranged on the upper floors (from 2nd to 4th). The lower floors are designated for commercial premises, for office and with retail on the ground floor.

The new design aims to retain the splendor the building while adding state of the art features necessary for a modern life style.
